Line 61 (42" crude oil pipeline and runs 454 miles) had original capacity of 400,000 bpd, Phase I upgrade increased capacity to 560,000 bpd (completed September 2014). Phase II upgrade for Line 61 will increase capacity to 1.2 million bpd by end of 2015.
